Withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal for printed books
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. For several goods in one order delivered separately, the period starts on the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Argus Consulting UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Wiesenstraße 60, 50374 Erftstadt, Germany, phone: +49 151 67512390, email: kontakt [at] argus-digital [dot] de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
You can also declare the withdrawal electronically using our withdrawal function: the "Withdraw from contract" button at the bottom of every page, directly available at argus-digital.de/en/withdraw-contract. We confirm receipt by email without delay, stating the date and time.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Right of withdrawal for e-books (digital content)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. The information in the section above on exercising the right, meeting the deadline and reimbursement applies accordingly.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance after you have expressly consented to performance starting before the end of the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (section 356(5) BGB).
